If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Excellent customer service! I googled to locate a local florist in the city of the recipient and this florist did not disappoint.I called the florist directly prior to placing an order on the website and all my questions were answered and the representative was very patient and kind and offered great suggestions. I am well pleased with the service provided and on time delivery provided. The people at this business are just down right good people and they truly know how to treat their customers with respect and dignity. The arrangement for a friends birthday was far above in quality and beauty than I expected. Being a senior on a fixed income I did not think the arrangement would be as nice as it was. I have used them now for several years and I highly recommend using their service.

I'm traveling out of state for work but wanted to send my mom a little something for her birthday so I went with who I always trust- Petals & Stems! I chose the Designers Choice option because they've never let me down with the other designs so I figured they'd do a phenomenal job, and they did! She was so surprised and happy with the arrangement, it made me happy being so far from home. Thank you, as always, Petals & Stems!!!
